Stages of Motivation

Friday: I really need to get back in shape. I want to have that body I had 20 years ago.

Saturday: Ok, dinner out tonight, but Monday, that's it. I am doing this. Diet and Exercise plan made.


Sunday: Wake up gung ho. I am doing this. Come Monday I am sticking with this.


Monday: Full workout and one hour walk. Finally, back on track.


Tuesday: I just don't really feel like it. What's one missed day?


Wednesday: Fuck it. Where is the chocolate bar anyway?


Thursday: The more I think of it, the more I realize that I get laid as much as I want either way.
